Job Description Nova Driving School is seeking passionate, professional, and safety-focused Driving Instructors to join our growing team. This instructor position will primarily serve students in Schaumburg, Illinois, and the surrounding northwest suburban communities , providing high-quality driver education and behind-the-wheel training to teens and adults throughout the area. As part of the city's #1 driving school, you will play a vital role in helping new drivers develop the skills, confidence, and responsible driving habits needed to navigate today's roadways safely. Instructors will work one-on-one with students from diverse backgrounds, tailoring lessons to meet individual learning needs while fostering a positive, supportive, and encouraging learning environment. Key Responsibilities Teach students safe and lawful driving techniques, including Illinois traffic laws and defensive driving strategies.
